国际生报到当天

　　Day of Student Registration

　　注：如学生预计抵达学校时间较晚（17:00之后），请直接到芭菲国际公寓先办理入住手续（国际处工作人员会在公寓等候并提供协助），第二天早上再到学校完成报到手续。

Note: Students are recommended to check in at Parfait International Student Residence first before they come to SCC for registration if late arrival (after 5:00 pm) is anticipated. International officers from SCC will be expecting you and assisting you at the student residence.

　　SCC Offer Letter of Admission/《录取通知书》

　　Passport/ 护照

　　JW 202 visa form/ JW202签证表

　　4 passport-size photos/ 4张护照大小证件照

　　Physical Examination Record (if applicable) / 体检记录（如已在境外完成体检）

　　Blood Test Report (if applicable) / 血液化验报告（如已在境外完成体检）

Documents required for registration of temporary residence for foreigners/ 临时住宿登记所需材料

　　Passport/ 护照

　　Accommodation Letter provided by Parfait International Student Residence Property Management Office/ 住宿介绍信（芭菲国际公寓提供）

Documents required for medical examination for foreigners/ 体检所需材料

　　passport/ 护照

　　2 passport photos/ 两张护照照片

　　RMB 500（rates are subject to types of medical exams）/ 费用500人民币左右，取决于具体体检项目

　　Physical Examination Form provided by hospital/ 医院提供的体检表

　　Note: no breakfast or water for medical checks/ 空腹

Documents required for residence permit for foreigners/ 申请居留许可所需材料

　　SCC Offer Letter of Admission/《录取通知书》

　　JW 202 visa form/JW202签证表

　　SCC Registration License/ 学院办学许可证、组织机构代码证、民办非企业单位证

　　Accommodation Registration Form provided by Local Police Station / 住宿登记

　　Passport/ 护照

　　1 passport photo/ 一张护照照片

　　Residence Permit Application Form/ 居留许可申请表

　　Application Letter provided by Office of International Relations/ 国际处提供的申请函

　　RMB 800 (for over a year) or RMB 400 (for less than a year)/ 一年以上800元；一年以内400元
