学院简介About the College
纽约国际967线路测试是由苏州科技大学和加拿大百年理工学院合作举办,由江苏省人民政府批准、教育部正式备案的第一所中外合作办学高职院校。其前身是2005年创办的苏州港大思培科技职业学院,至今已有13年办学历史。学院承前继后,创新发展,正朝着国内一流的中外合作办学目标阔步前进。根据学院发展规划,学院计划三年内引进一批德才兼备的高水平专任教师,为实现学院发展目标提供人才支撑。
Suzhou Centennial College (SCC) is a Sino-foreign joint institution that offers higher vocational education in China. SCC is a joint partnership between Suzhou University of Science and Technology (SUST) and Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology (CC). It is approved by People’s Government of Jiangsu Province and registered with China’s Ministry of Education. With the guidance of college development goals and characteristics of running-school, we are dedicated to introduce and cultivate excellent teachers with both ability and political integrity, high professional quality in teaching and international vision.
一、教师要求与条件Requirements for Teaching Staff
(一)基本要求Basic Requirements
1、遵纪守法,品行端正,为人师表;
Abide by laws and regulations with good character and exemplary virtue;
2、具备履行岗位职责应有的基本知识、技能及素质;
Possess professional skills and quality;
3、身体符合岗位要求;
With good physical conditions;
4、能使用英语授课优先;
Having the ability to teach in English will be preferred;
(二)资历条件Qualification Requirements
1、取得海内外知名高校硕士及以上学位。
Have Master’s degree or above from prestigious universities domestic or overseas.
2、原则上年龄在45周岁以内。
Be under the age of 45 in principle.
3、具有扎实的专业知识基础和学术积累,或有丰富的行业企业从业经验。
Have solid professional knowledge and academic accumulation, or rich experiences in related industrial field.
4、具备以下条件之一,优先考虑:
Priority will be given to those who meet at least one of the following requirements:
(1)具有较强的教学组织能力和学术研究能力,有一定研究成果;
Have strong ability in teaching and academic research, with some researching achievements;
(2)具有中级以上技术职务或相关职业资格
Possess intermediate professional titles, equivalently lecturer or above.
(3)在行业领域内有较高知名度,在产学研结合、人才培养等方面具有较丰富的经验。
With high-profile in related industries, and rich experiences in the combination of “production, teaching and research” and related talent cultivation.
(4)有海外教育背景或相关工作经验。
Have overseas education or work background.
二、教师的基本职责Basic Job Responsibilities
1、课程教学:承担学校开设课程的教学任务,力求获得良好的教学效果。
Deliver lectures, seminars and tutorials, assess students’ coursework, set and mark examinations.
2、教书育人:承担对学生的思想、品德和作风教育责任,言传身教,为人师表,
Undertake ideological and moral education to students, and be a paragon of virtue and learning.
3、实践教学:承担实验课、实训课的指导,学生下企业的实习指导和管理。
Supervise students’ research activities.
4、教学建设:参与课程开发、教材建设等工作。
Responsible for the development of related subjects or programs, prepare and develop teaching plan and materials.
5、教学与学术研究:参与教学研究,以及本专业学术研究。
Undertake research projects and actively contribute to the institution’s research profile, write up research and prepare it for publication.
6、企业与社会实践:参与校企合作、企业实践活动,提高专业实践能力。
Establish collaborative links outside the college with industrial, commercials and public organizations.
7、承担学校安排的其他相关工作。
Undertake other work tasks as assigned by the College.

四、引进待遇Compensation
1、提供良好的薪资待遇条件,具体待遇面议。

五、招聘程序Application Procedure
1、应聘登记Application
应聘人员按要求填写《应聘人员信息登记表》(下载附件)并准备以下材料,邮寄或电子邮件送至学院人事处,邮件标题命名为“姓名+应聘岗位”。
The applicant shall download the Applicant Registration Form as attached, and mail or e-mail the below documents to HR Office. The subject of the Email should be noted as: Applicant’s Name + Position.

2、学院与应聘人员进行前期沟通,检查应聘资格。
HR contacts the applicant and checks the qualifications before the interview.
3、学院面试考核,确定候选人。
The interview panel conducts interview and nominates the candidates.
4、学院研究确定录取对象。
The College makes the hiring decision.
5、录取对象在规定时间内到指定医疗机构体检,学院对录取对象的应聘资格条件进行复查。
The candidates make the physical check, and the college reviews the employment qualifications.
6、学院发录取通知,并与应聘人员签订劳动(聘用)合同。
The College offers the employment and signs the contract with the candidates.
